Abstract :
SHARP (stationary high altitude relay platform) is a proposed airborne platform consisting of a light aircraft powered by microwave energy beamed to it from the ground. A design for a phased array which automatically tracks the aircraft as it flies on station is proposed. It uses a feedback link through the transmitted beam. Computer simulations are presented
