Abstract :
The Transactions of the PGMTT is the organized technical publication of its membership. The technical papers which are presented in this publication are given the same careful attention as papers published in the Proceedings of the Institute of Radio Engineers, and, with the cooperation of the members of this professional group and the support of the Institute, we are certain that the Transactions will become one of the most important publications in the field of Microwave Theory and Techniques.
