Abstract :
The realization of enhanced quality in electrical engineering education requires the integrated efforts of every aspect of administration, instruction, and support. Traditional evaluation activities have focused on curriculum design and instructional feedback. The role of the systematic evaluation of support services is examined. The findings of a support-specific evaluation are discussed
