Abstract :
Recent accomplishments in the technology associated with injection electroluminescent materials have permitted an all-solid-state display to be realized. With this breakthrough, interest has been generated in the future application of these displays and the technology required for their practical manufacture. This paper discusses these aspects and outlines a design for a future multicharacter alphanumeric display.
