Abstract :
A constant-resistance π network containing conventional RLC and a negative resistance realises any allpass transfer function. This result will lead to the realisation of an arbitrary transfer function (having no poles on the jω axis) in a constant-resistance unbalanced structure. The proposed network can also be applied in the realisation of a maximally flat delay network.
