Abstract
Temperature-stability limits of differential amplifiers consisting of two bipolar transistors mounted in tight thermal contact are discussed. No external temperature compensation or stabilization methods are provided. It is shown that the temperature drift of the input difference (offset) voltage is equal to about 3.3 to 3.9 /spl mu/V//spl deg/K per 1-mV difference (offset) voltage at room temperature (300/spl deg/K). This value seems to depend little on the transistor type used.
