  • Abstract
    The National Television System Committee´s (NTSC´s) color TV encoding scheme is discussed. The history and theory of NTSC are reviewed. The operations of the NTSC coders and decoders are described. Results of some semiscientific experiments on the NTSC signal are presented.<>
