Abstract :
Generation of WDM labels over payload has been demonstrated using optical carrier suppression and separation. Eight-channel DWDM payloads and labels with ER larger than 11 dB were transmitted over 200 km SMF-28 with small power penalty (<0.5 dB) and no error floor.
