Joe Thomas began his career in 1979 with American HV Test Systems, and continued through the acquisition and establishment of Phenix Technologies in 1989. This career has provided him almost 30 years experience in all aspects of electrical test equipment manufacturing, sales and service. In 2007, he moved from Director of Sales to take on the position of Director of Operations, in which he helps to direct the company and meet future goals.
