Abstract :
TIME is a Fortran computer program that can perform low-cost nonlinear d.c. and time-response simulation of bipolar transistor circuits. This paper describes TIME´s straightforward free- format input, its built-in transistor model, the general analysis method, and its very efficient sparse matrix algorithm. Example analyses illustrate the computational efficiency of the program.
