Abstract
This paper presents a compact 4-transistor reference circuit, which has been designed in a regular commercially available CMOS process, that responds linearly to radiation exposure and is suitable for compensating radiation-induced deterioration/drift of analog circuits operated in space environments. The paper includes background theory, analysis and measured results obtained from the circuit.
