Transmission system with cascade phase modulation by dividing the baseband spectrum into subbands

In the proposed system, the baseband spectrum is divided into several subbands; each subband phase-modulates the carrier, by means of modulators in cascade, in a multiplication chain. This system allows the use of indirect frequency modulation for signals such as the stereophonic signal, the multiplex-telephone signal and the video-frequency signal.
