  • Abstract
    Data are presented demonstrating the monolithic integration of individually addressable, singlemode laser diodes operating at output wavelengths of 0.08, 0.85, and 0.92 mu m. Power emission of each individual laser diode exceeds 50 mW in a single lateral and longitudinal mode.
