New equivalent circuit of the p-n junction in the frequency-multiplying mode

The letter describes an equivalent circuit of a p-n junction in the frequency-multiplying mode, and gives equations for the current flowing through the junction when the stored charge effect is involved. By using these equations, it is possible to design a frequency multiplier even with the varactor exhibiting ´punch-through´ behaviour.
