  • Abstract
    A four-channel receiver optoelectronic integrated circuit array, of which the 3 dB bandwidth is 4.0 GHz, has been successfully fabricated on an InP substrate. The best sensitivity of -15.5 dBm was obtained at 5.0 Gbit/s. Crosstalk less than -38 dB was achieved over the entire frequency range below 4.0 GHz.
