Abstract :
A simple, integrable, unilateral or bilateral voltage-to-current converter is presented. Very linear and accurate conversions have been measured for voltage ranging from 0 to more than 10 V. The signal paths do not include any lateral p-n-p transistors, offering potentially wide-band applications.
