Abstract :
The quality factor measurements are reported of planar microstrip transmission line resonators in epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x/NdAlO3/YBa2Cu3O7-x trilayer technology resonating at 4.6 GHz. At 25 K the unloaded quality factor is 70 for a microstrip with a characteristic impedance of 5 Omega . This results in a surface resistance of 190 mu Omega and an attenuation constant of 30 dB/m.
