  • Abstract
A hygrometer is an instrument used to measure the moisture content or humidity of air or any gas, and April is a really good month for experimentation. Winter is leaving the northern hemisphere, and spring brings change. Variations in humidity are frequent and just begging to be monitored and explored. Begin this month by showing your kids how easy science can be. All it takes is a strand of hair, a milk carton, toothpicks, paperclips, a penny, and some Scotch Tape.
