Abstract
A computer-aided method for determination of R/SUB E/ and R/SUB C/ of bipolar transistors is presented. The parameters of the Gummel-Poon model are determined under normal conditions and yield the inner voltages of the transistor. Subtracting these from two additionally measured voltages the author obtains R/SUB E/ and R/SUB C/. Experiments with several transistors gave accurate results.
