Abstract :
An optimised design of the Wilson and improved Wilson current mirrors is presented. The optimised design is reached by adding a capacitor. The correct choice of this capacitor leads to a response which is better than that of the simple current mirror. The proposed design is verified with SPICE simulation of the current mirror in a CMOS 2 mu m technology.
