Abstract :
A CMOS current-mode linguistic hedge `very´ circuit which can be applied to adjust the membership function of a fuzzy set for obtaining adaptive fuzzy logic control is proposed. The design constraints of the proposed circuit are also discussed. Simulation results show that this circuit has high speed, large dynamic range and high accuracy
