Abstract :
This working group report presents the principal characteristics of a proposed definition of a file for the exchange of power system analytical data. The data covered by this proposed exchange mechanism is intended to update the existing "Common Format for the Exchange of Solved Load Flow Data" which has been in use since 1965. The principles outlined in this report will be implemented, after review, in a manual specifying the data exchange file in detail.
