In 1966 Dr Cosby Smallpeice decided to set up a Trust with the specific aim of spreading the message of his design for production philosophy. Two decades on the Trust has assets worth some £6M. Anne Powell went along to its headquarters in Leamington Spa to find out just what type of service was on offer.
