  • Abstract
    Controller of a conventional tap changer must be modified when an electronic tap changer is used. A new controller design is generally preferred for an electronic tap changer in order to take full advantage of the tap changer. The first part of this two-part paper presents a systematic design procedure for the controller of an electronic tap changer. Performance of a tap changer equipped with the designed controller is simulated
