Abstract :
The circuit is constructed with two cross-coupled DC flip-flops, resulting in a square wave output signal without any external special clock signal. The circuit configuration and operating principle are described. The circuit has been experimentally fabricated and its operating margin has been examined. The analysis successfully explains the experimental results.
