  • Abstract
    For original paper see ibid, vol.SC-18, no.2, p.200 (1983). It is shown that by using the exact time-dependent analytical solution, the validity of the lumped circuit approximation of a resistive interconnect given by Antonine and Brown can be better appreciated. Their study is extended here to short-circuited and capacitively loaded lines.
