Abstract
This paper presents the Luther Forest Technology Campus as the newest 300-mm semiconductor fabrication plant of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). The cross subsidy in NY has been dealt in the paper. A review of the Luther Forest Tech campus description at the Saratoga Economic Developemtn Corporation shows several cross subsidies beyond the cost of electric energy. It should be noted that the customers pay the total price in the end
