Abstract :
The design of a loss torque compensator and a universal time constant regulator for a 3 kVA, 220 V Mawdsley micromachine is described. This equipment extends the usefulness of the microalternator making it more versatile and able to simulate accurately transient electrical and dynamic behaviour of practical machines
