Abstract :
A previously developed method for the determination of the scattering matrix of cylindrical waveguide mode converters, which is based on the representation of the fields inside the corrugations by a small number of radial modes, is extended to mode converters with ring-loaded corrugations. The method, besides being accurate, reduces the computer time necessary for the computations
