Low-Noise l.f. amplification using a transistor chopper

Reasons are given for the belief that the use of a transistor chopper, to make a low-frequency low-noise amplifier, should make possible the achievement of an exceptionally good noise performance. Two methods are proposed for gating out the noise produced by the chopper during switching edges.
