Abstract :
Mr. Chairman, Commissioner Webster, distinguished guests and members of the IRE Professional Group for Vehicular Communications: It is a particularly keen plessure to speak to this group, and to have the opportunity to express the appreciation which the Army Signal Corps has for the contributions made by members of this group (some of them present, many of them absent) toward the development and production of mobile and portable radio equipment for the Army for World War II, and for the equipment now being manufactured.
