  • Abstract
    A complete monolithic 40-channel CB freqency synthesizer has been fabricated entirely in C2L (Closed COS/MOS Logic), a bulk CMOS process that is capable of operating directly at frequencies used in low-side injection, double-conversion transceivers without the need for the external prescaling or mixing normally required with other bulk CMOS parts.
