Abstract
The idea of extending partial descriptions to a probability density function on a minimum information (maximum entropy) basis is applied in the context of detection spatial filters, i.e., filters with two-dimensional input and output used for detection. Several two-dimensional moment descriptions are thus extended and worked out in detail.
