Abstract :
Results of a study on the power frequency magnetic fields in domestic, industrial, office and agricultural environments, as well as in generating stations, substations and transmission and distribution lines, are presented. A special 24 h magnetic field recording instrument was developed, and systematic long-term and spot measurements were carried out. In domestic environments, the various currents entering the house were also recorded simultaneously to obtain a better understanding of the field sources. The measurement results are described, and the statistical analyses of the results, to determine correlations between parameters, are described
