Hakim-theory transfer-function sensitivity

It is shown that, along with the pole-position sensitivity, the transfer-function sensitivity (and, similarly, the Q and wn sensitivities) can be arbitrarily assigned using the Hakim theory for 2nd-degree transfer functions.
