  • Abstract
    A circuit analysis with a numerical solution of the voltage-controlled negative resistance, described in an earlier letter, is presented and compared with measured characteristics. The agreement is shown to be satisfactory, provided that the characteristics of the f.e.t. are accurately described both before and after pinchoff.
