Waveform Equalization of Video-Network Facilities

The IEEE Standard 511 on linear waveform distortions shows us how to measure Field-time, Line-time and Short-time Waveform Distortions. In measuring these distortions no reference is made to the frequency response (both gain and phase) that causes these distortions. However, in the equalization system of video-network facilities the frequency response principle is still employed.
