Abstract
A simple, compact optical device based on optical coherence domain reflectometry (OCDR) is presented. This device is capable of measuring eye-length with high accuracy in a noncontact fashion. Compared to previously reported optical methods, this technique is simpler in configuration, easier to operate, and requires a much lower probing optical power. Preliminary experimental results on a model eye are given to illustrate the operation of the system.<>
