  • Abstract
    A self-consistent determination of the intervalley deformation-potential constant ΞΓL of GaSb is presented. The method used involves comparison of the measured microwave conductivity with Monte Carlo calculations. The value found for ΞΓL was 3 x 108 eV/cm.
