Abstract :
An f.s.k. pulse modulator has been developed which uses two cavity modes for the two frequency states of a Gunn oscillator. 300 megapulse operation with about 10 mW microwave output at 13.25 and 20.7 GHz for baseband pulses of about 3 V into 50 ¿ was obtained.
