Abstract :
A deterministic approach is used to evaluate bounds for the frequency of the digital oscillator considering either roundoff or magnitude-truncation quantisation. With a proper choice of the number of significant digits, any degree of approximation for a specified sinusoidal oscillation can be achieved.
