  • Abstract
    CMOS analogue squarer circuit is presented. A compact pseudo-differential pair insensitive to input common-mode variations leads to class AB operation, hence yielding dynamic currents not bounded by quiescent currents. Measurement results for a 0.5 mum CMOS prototype are provided that verify the correct operation of the circuit.
