Abstract
A new perturbation technique is developed for resolving electromagnetic-radiation problems in a magnetoplasma with a weak anisotropy. The technique provides the capability of computing the full-wave fields in analytically closed form. Each successive term in the iterative solution is smaller than the preceding one by a small parameter of the anisotropy. As an example, the technique is used to calculate the Green function for a ¿ function source oriented parallel to the static magnetic field.
