Abstract :
Measurements of the correlation of l.f. noise current and frequency fluctuations of Gunn oscillations have been made at several frequencies from 0.1 to 50 kHz. It appears that correlation of the frequency-noise with the flicker-noise current component is very small, but that correlation with the generation-recombination noise component is important.
