Abstract :
An algorithm that is useful in principle for analysing arbritray semiconductor devices under transient conditions is given. The algorithm is a logical extension of a popular d.c-analysis method. Results of the application of the algorithm to a switching transient in a 1-dimensional high-frequency transistor are presented.
