Abstract :
The performance of degenerate acoustic-surface-wave convolvers, fabricated on CdS, LiNbO3 and Bi12GeO20, is compared. Measured values of the bilinear coefficient indicate that acoustoelectric bunching can contribute significantly to dynamic range.
