Abstract :
The commenters note that the results obtained by Y. Mutoh and P.N. Nikiforuk (ibid., vol.37, p.1505-9, (1992)) can also be derived from the frequency domain stability criteria with less computational effort, and that the stability conditions can considerably be relaxed.<>
