Abstract :
A nonlinear model for operational amplifier frequency response is presented. The distortion induced by op-amp slew rate is described, assuming only triangular or sinusoidal waveform at the op-amp output. This model is very attractive because it easily allows very simple explicit expressions to be obtained for the frequency response of the circuits as well as for the description and quantification of the regenerative jumps between linear and nonlinear modes of operation.
