Abstract :
A stripline method is described for the rapid measurement of dielectric permittivity ¿r¿ which can be instrumented to be direct-reading in terms of ¿r¿. The measurement is independent of loss factor and is applicatble for permittivities from 2 up to 20 with a reasonable accuracy. Above about 20, the accuracy falls with increasing ¿r¿.
