  • Abstract
    Recently published results of measurements on the velocity/field characteristic of indium phosphide by Prew do not agree with measurements of other authors. Suggestions are made for explaining the discrepancies. Prew´s criticism on earlier work and on microwave experiments by other authors is also met.
